Start here, then use the tour below whenever you want a reminder of what a page is for.
The first thing you did after signing up: your name, timezone, and your AmazingTalker calendar link. You can come back here any time to fix your calendar link, or to import a past AT earnings report so your prices and booking patterns are filled in for you.
Why it matters: everything else on the dashboard works better the more it knows about you. The calendar link in particular is what keeps your schedule, heatmap, and earnings pages in sync automatically β worth double-checking first if anything looks off.
Go to Setup βWhat each page does, and why it's worth using regularly rather than just when something's wrong.
Your morning check-in. Today's lessons, this week's total, anything that needs attention (expiring courses, missing bookings, trials waiting on a follow-up), and where your gross earnings stand for the month so far.
Why it matters: it's built to answer "is anything urgent today?" in under ten seconds, before you dig into any single page.
Go to Home βYour actual teaching log. This is where you record what happened in each lesson β notes, homework set, what's planned for next time β and where trial lessons get their profile filled in (age, level, goals).
Why it matters: these notes are what your Analytics and Student pages draw on later. A lesson logged here properly saves you having to remember it weeks from now.
Go to Lessons βWhat you're actually taking home after AmazingTalker's fees β not just gross bookings. Shows your net for the month so far, a projection for where the month will land, and per-student pricing.
Why it matters: gross and net can differ by a meaningful margin once fees are applied. This page is built specifically to answer "what will I actually be paid," not just "what did I book."
Go to Earnings βA visual map of when you actually teach β which days and times fill up, which stay quiet. Built from your calendar history, not guesswork.
Why it matters: useful when deciding what new availability to open up, or noticing a pattern in when students tend to book or cancel.
Go to Heatmap βEvery student in one list β status, package size, typical lesson time, any alerts that need a look. Click through to an individual student's profile for their full history.
Why it matters: the fastest way to answer "who am I teaching right now, and is anyone's course about to run out."
Go to Students βDeeper number-crunching β booking patterns, request lead times, students who might be overdue for a rebooking, and trial-to-paying conversion.
Why it matters: Home and Students tell you what's happening right now; this page is for spotting slower-moving trends worth acting on.
Go to Analytics βA tool for putting together and pricing group lessons, separate from your one-on-one bookings.
Why it matters: group pricing and scheduling don't work the same way as individual lessons β this keeps that logic in one place rather than mixed into the regular student flow.
