Fill in every student's profile from one table instead of opening them one at a time. Edit as many cells as you like — changed cells are outlined, and nothing is written until you press Save changes. Only the fields you actually touched get saved, so this won't overwrite anything you leave alone.

Columns marked 🔒 are worked out from your imported lessons — type, duration, price, package, typical day, nationality and the AT name. They're shown for reference but can't be edited here: the import rewrites them each time you run it, and the AT name is what it matches students on, so changing it would create a duplicate student.
